Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds

After verifying the issue, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
